Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the Clare's signature reds, and fruit for the Inigo Cabernet was sourced from three estate-grown vineyards with an average age of 20 years.
Youthful dark red. Raspberry, cassis, herb, spice and charry oak. Quite tight and dry with intense curranty varietal fruit depth and underlying leafy herbals, good concentration and length, lovely toasty oak, and a savoury, peppery finish.
