Fermentation occurred naturally in French oak, 30% new, followed by maturation on lees for 10 months.
In the glass: Clean and bright mid yellow.
On the nose: Complex amalgam of stonefruit, flint, mineral, brioche and nuts.
On the palate: Shows abundant powerful fruit with complexity, line, length and focus, fabulous depth of flavour, perfect acidity and classy oak. Toatally delicious and oozing class.
