It's great to see Limestone Coast producers embracing alternate varieties, and this Dolcetto really hits the mark with its silken texture and charm.
Amazingly youthful bright red. Elegant, floral nose of raspberry, fennel, pomegranate and white pepper. Still-primary fruits showing as raspberry and strawberry with a long, fine mouthfeel, elegant tannins, soft acidity and a gentle, savoury finish.
