This Tamar Valley vineyard is one of the few sites in the regions warm enough to ripen Cabernet successfully, with the proof in the bottle. Drinking close to its peak.
Deep ruby colour. Blackcurrant, mulberry, dark chocolate and wood smoke. Shows impressively ripe fruit power with a deep mix of black fruit, touches of mint and bitter chocolate, savoury tannins and loads of cedary oak on the finish.
