A blend of Viognier, Grüner Veltliner and Chardonnay made for Wine Selectors under the Shining Rock label from Dan Berrigan's new vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.
Pale straw. Lemon curd, lychee, nectarine and white pepper aromas. An unusual blend of varieties, with plenty of ginger spice, apricot and orange zest, savoury textural elements, supple yet fresh acidity, and plenty of fruity, young-drinking appeal.
