Over 20,000 vines were used to make the Single Step wines; they’d span 40km if placed shoulder to shoulder, with pruners taking over 150,000 steps to attend to each one.
Bold straw green in colour with aromas of spice, gooseberry and passionfruit. A lovely complex palate with velvety-ripe citrus and yellow melon, a creamy mouthfeel and a deliciously gentle finish - an easy-drinking wine.
