This quirky, boutique label was born when two mates, Tony 'Snake' Davis and Redmond 'Herring' Sweeney pooled their considerable winemaking and marketing talents.
Deep, dark red purple. Vanilla spice, plum and toasty oak aromas. Ripe and concentrated with notes of woody herb and kitchen spice, a powerful yet elegant core of dark fruit, attractive black pepper and leather notes, and a spicy finish.
