Sourced from a small parcel of Shiraz at Wallcliffe, south of the Margaret River township, this was made in a dry, savoury and refreshing style, which is great with food.
Very pale pink in the glass. Red berries and fairy floss on the nose. Light-bodied yet packed with flavours of cranberry, alpine strawberry and raspberry, hints of watermelon rind and rose water, refreshing acidity and a long, juicy finish.
