An unusual 'field blend' of 48% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Gewürztraminer, 14% Chardonnay, 12% Chenin Blanc and 12% Muscat sourced from two vineyards in Margaret River.
Pale with green freshness. Green bean, capsicum, cut grass and tropical fruit. Very aromatic with good varietal complexity, with a soft entry of ripe apples and herbs, some grassy notes, and a dry, crunchy finish. An interesting food wine.
