Established in 1860 Tahbilk is one of Australia’s most historic wineries and their aged 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon will have you drinking in their extensive experience and winemaking techniques with gusto.
From the historic Tahbilk winery, this earthy, rustic red has some lovely bottle development, but is still a young wine at six years of age. The palate is medium weight with spicy and savoury flavours. It has a soft, chocolaty mid palate and a fine acid structure.
