Santolin’s Cosa Nostra Pinot Syrah 2017 is a delicious 50/50 blend of Yarra Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Old oak is used to allow the fruit flavours to shine, and with only 140 dozen made, this is a limited release. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, a core of cherry, cranberry, plum and white pepper, long tannins and balanced oak. Drinking well, and could even be enjoyed slightly chilled in the warmer months.
