In the winery: Traditional winemaking methods were employed, with maturation in a mix of new and used French and American oak, followed by further bottle maturation prior to release.
In the glass: Deep red.
On the nose: Blackberry, plum, pepper and earth lift.
On the palate: Rich and powerful with a solid core of black fruit, subtle secondary characters of earth, leather and cedar and a fine spice of tannins supporting throughout.
