One of the best examples of barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc in Australia. Made more like Chardonnay rather than classic Sauvignon Blanc - a lovely example of the style.
Pale lemon green. Grapefruit, passionfruit, lemon curd, nougat and green capsicum. Powerful and complex, with an intense core flavour, plenty of citrus richness, mouth-watering acidity, and lovely texture and depth due to barrel fermentation.
