The Black Chook Sparkling Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from premium cool climate vineyards in South Australia, and it's great with or without food.
Vibrant lemon with a green hue. Pretty aromas of jasmine, white peach, red apple, nashi and honeydew. Full-flavoured with a velvety mousse, a vibrant core of stonefruit and melon, saline minerality and a mouth-watering finish.
