There is not a lot of Sauv Blanc grown in the Barossa, but when combined with local favourite, Semillon it produces a soft wine with an extra dimension of freshness.
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Tropical, stonefruit and citrus.
On the palate: A silken texture with guava, preserved lemon and passionfruit complexity, zesty acidity and a long, generous finish.
