Every wine has a story, and this wine came about when the owner of the vineyard was convinced pull out some Cabernet and plant Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier.
Vibrant lemon colour. Developing pear, peach and custard apple. Lashings of stonefruit, apple and nashi, salty umami notes, slatey minerality, supple acidity and a touch of toasted cashew on the soft finish. A wine of interest that's drinking well.
