Thompson Estate Four Chambers Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Peter Thompson combines his passion for wine and his profession as a cardiologist to create his estate-grown Four Chambers range, that includes this vibrant Sauvignon Blanc.
 
Fine straw with a green hue. Primary and fresh cut grass and Tahitian lime with background flint and graphite. Intense and opulent palate with very direct kiwifruit giving satiny,  mouth-filling richness, with underlying tinned pineapple and white peach.
