The Single Vineyard Selection is a range from Thorn-Clarke, and this Mataro comes off the Hoffman vineyard and shows the strength and class of the 2018 vintage.
Youthful dark red. Concentrated dark berry fruit. Sweet, inky, curranty fruit depth yet vibrant and intense with cola, blackcurrant, mulberry, smoked meat notes, drying tannins, cedary oak, fresh acidity and a savoury finish. Unbelievably flavoursome!
