Medium density red purple in the glass with blue and red berry fruit and lifted black pepper spice aromas. Palate is delightfully mediu- weight with layers of dark cherry, blueberry and plum, hints of black pepper, tea smoke and exotic spice, new leather complexity and fine, dusty tannins.
