Ulithorne may have been named after the first Irish Catholic priest in Australia, but no altar wine is produced, just classically rich and flavoursome regional wines.
Deep, dark red. Complex aromas of rooibos tea, liquorice, potpourri and bay leaf. Medium weight, bursting with cherry cola, plum, earth and crushed herbs, and gentle dusty tannins. A mouth-watering 'Nero' with surprising richness.
