Pinot Noir is a superb grape to fashion subtle, refreshing and savoury Rosé, and Wicks Estate have nailed this one. Delicious with or without food.
Very pale pink in the glass. Pink lady apple, cherry, cranberry and orange rind. Light-bodied and pure with fine red berry fruit, citrussy acidity, subtle touches of earth and white mushroom and a mouth-watering finish.
