In the glass: Very pale straw.
On the nose: Bright lemon and lime lift.
On the palate: Tight, pristine and pure with a delicate core of lemon and lime, juicy texture and mouth-watering, tingling acidity providing long, luscious persistence. Shows spring water purity and a quinine-like layer throughout.
