GAME OF SKILL PRIZE - WIN AN SA RED PACK

1. Information on how to enter and details of the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences at 11:30am 26/05/2018 AEDST and final entries close at 5:00pm AEDST on 27/05/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, entrants must conduct a blind tasting of a wine at the event (Taste of Manly), and answer the question “If you had to name this wine in 10 words or less, what would you call it?”
6. Entrants will also be required to fill in any entry form with their contact details.
7. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, and potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All entries become and remain the property of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (Wine Selectors).
9. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
10. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize.
11. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize to equal value at their discretion.
12. Prize 12 x 750ml bottles of wine from South Australian producers. The total value of this prize pool is $288.00.
13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
14. All entries become the property of the promoter and the Wine Selectors. The promoter and the Gallery may use the entrant's names and literary pieces for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
15. Entries will be judged at the Wine Selectors at 10:00am AEST 31/05/2018 and the winner’s name will be published on the Wine Selectors website on the 4/06/2018.
16. All entrants who choose to ‘opt-in’ consent to have their contact details (title, first name, surname, email, mobile or landline phone number, mailing address and post-code only), released to Wine Selectors and agree to receive ongoing marketing material and correspondence from Wine Selectors.
17. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.
