The parcels for this wine were fermented separately in 10-tonne open fermenters and then blended together after nine months, followed by maturation in large vats and stainless steel.
In the glass: Good dark red.
On the nose: Cola, cedar, and ripe dark berry fruit lift.
On the palate: Mid-weight, soft, supple,
ripe and juicy with plummy fruit sweetness, vanillin oak and notes of coconut
and espresso underpinned by mocha-like tannins. A great all-rounder.
