A surprisingly rich and concentrated Hunter red, from a superb vintage, with the addition of Viognier which adds perfume, silken tannins and slippery textural elements.
Medium density red in the glass. Dark cherry, leather, spice and cedar. Full-bodied, dense and concentrated with a velvety texture, ripe and seamless tannin foundation and an earthy finish. A lovely red which will benefit from decanting.
