One of the top producers in Clare Valley, Claymore have embraced alternate varietals, and their 2021 Sangiovese is superb. Ideal with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food.
Fine ruby red. Sweet and ripe raspberry frappe, sangria, briar and peat smoke. Full fruit weight and body with lovely rounded red cherry and damson plum expression, velvet-soft tannins and supple acids. Polished, round and savoury.
