This wine is a fine example of Clare Valley Cabernet. It has a deep red colour with youthful purple hues. Its nose offers aromas of mint, berry and spice. In the mouth it’s inky and concentrated with a delicious combination of varietal mint, dark berry flavours and a long, firm finish.
