2016 was a hot and dry vintage in the Canberra region but the quality of the Shiraz was nothing short of superb. This is a brilliant example of cool climate Shiraz.
Deep ruby colour. Blackberry, black cherry and black pepper aromas. Medium-weight yet with a robust structure, showing black fruit core depth, sinewy tannins, vibrant cool climate acidity, and oak in balance with the fruit.
