A gold medal-winner, the Eppalock Ridge Shiraz is an unbelievable Shiraz, especially given its modest price. Crafted from Heathcote fruit, it delivers a delicious core of black fruit with a plummy juiciness.
 
In the glass: Full, deep red
On the nose: Lifted, elegant light red berry and leather.
On the palate: Shows beautiful structure and silken tannins with a rich core of perfumed dark berry fruit and pretty violet notes, velvety texture, spicy peppery persistence and seamless line and length. Ageing beautifully.
