A cracking expression from a very good vintage. 2018 was a lower yielding year, in the midst of drought, but delivered strongly flavoured fruit and concentrated wines.
Medium to deep garnet. Plum, bay leaf, pot pourri, new leather and cedar oak aromas. Medium to full-bodied with a gentle mix of red and black fruit, well-integrated spicy oak, fresh acidity and leather and dried herbs on the savoury finish.
