Former Rosemount executive Chris Hancock and his brother John produced this impressive Shiraz from their family vineyard in McLaren Vale.
Deep red to purple. Dark berries, pepper, charcuterie and exotic spices. Rich and youthful with layers of black cherry, mulberry and plum, wood smoke, vanilla and fresh black pepper. A savoury expression with fine-grained tannins and excellent length.
