Paynes Crossing has been making excellent blends for the past seven years. This delicious, spicy Cabernet Sauvignon is among their best.
Liz Jackson, recent winemaker of the year, has created a wine that is full, bright red in the glass. There’s varietal cassis, leaf, currant and a touch of violet on the nose. Spicy and medium weight with varietal dark currants, hints of wet earth and complexing spice.
