Full, dark red in the glass this delicious Saddler’s Creek Shiraz opens with deep red and black fruits, licorice and five spice on the nose. The palate is medium weight and true to the Hunter style with an excellent core of spicy red black fruits, a layer of regional earth, velvety texture and savoury, mouth-watering length.
