Margaret River may be known for Cabernet Sauvignon, but Shiraz is the secret performer. This style is not as rich as the wines from SA, but is beautiful.
Youthful dark red in colour. Cedary oak and dark berry fruit lift with ft with lovely spice. Vibrant, youthful and intense with fresh blackcurrant fruit depth, classic Cabernet tannin structure, savoury acidity and well-judged toasty oak.
