A really ripe and expressive Merlot from McLaren Vale's Serafino Wines, making it almost a Merlot for Cabernet drinkers, with supple fruit yet terrific concentration.
Medium to deep ruby. Lifted plum, mulberry, sage and milk chocolate. Palate shows a riot of plum and mulberry with touches of green olive and dried herbs, robust tannins giving structure, juicy acidity and plenty of savoury oak in support.
