Sister's Run Bethlehem Block Cabernet 2011

Made from fruit off the Bethlehem Block located in the heart of the Barossa, this delicious 2011 Cabernet was awarded the Top 100 Blue Gold Medal at the Sydney International Wine Competition 2013.
 
Crafted by gifted winemaker Elena Brooks, this Cabernet is medium red black in the glass and offers a fine and complex mix of black fruit with hints of leaf on the nose. The palate is juicy and medium weight in style with appealing silkiness and fine tannin depth.
