In the glass: Dark olive brown.
On the nose: Smokey, toasty, concentrated and complex aromas of raisin, olive, dried fig, orange peel and fruit compote.
On the palate; Dense, concentrated and sweet yet at the same time savoury with massively concentrated waves of flavour on to the endless finish. Warm and rich with clean spirit and acid freshness, savoury old oak and lovely drying tannins. Like drinking a glass of dried fig, date, chocolate, caramel, toffee peanut brittle.
