Thorn-Clarke’s winemaking expertise is really on show in this Cabernet, which is still youthful, but has supple tannins and a lovely texture, giving it great ageing potential.
Full dark red in colour, with aromas of red berry, plum and cedar oak. The palate is firm, bright, smooth and long with a delicate core of red berry, blood plum and beautifully balanced tannins – a long and flavoursome wine.
