In the winery: Fruit was hand picked in two separate stages, two weeks apart, to give different fruit and tannin variations. The final blend was bottled without fining or filtration.
In the glass: Medium density ruby.
On the nose: Raspberry, redcurrant, clove and stalks.
On the palate: A mouth-filling and powerful Pinot Noir with loads of red fruit depth, fine tannin structure, touches of peppery spice and whole bunch complexity. A dense and masculine style.
