Since 1988, Wignall’s vineyard has been managed using permaculture techniques without the use of insecticides and herbicides.
In the glass: Medium earthy red.
On the nose: Perfumed raspberry, spice, herb and forest floor.
On the palate: Attractively juicy and savoury with stewed strawberry and blood plum core depth, silken tannins, stalky spice and a touch of iced tea on the finish.
