Windowrie Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Windowrie's Family Reserve range is made from premium fruit sourced from low yeilding vines in Cowra, Orange and Mudgee. Each year only 400 cases of each variety in the reserve range are produced.
 
In the glass: Vibrant dark red.
On the nose: Minty dark fruit lift with fresh vanillin oak.
On the palate: Youthful, intense and strongly varietal with dark berry fruit and minty herbaceousness, strong mocha oak lending vanilla and coconut notes, fine tannins and clean acidity. Showing a lot of potential.
