Mid to deep ruby in colour. A riot of red and blue fruit, exotic spices, crushed herbs and tea smoke. Medium bodied with fresh plum and dark cherry, and tertiary hints of charcuterie, red liquorice, pot pourri and Italian bitters. Silken and savoury.
