Only the wild yeasts present in the vineyard and on the grapes are used in ferment, providing a highly individual wine that reflects place and vintage.
Medium density red. Red berry fruit lift with some herbaceous notes. Quite rich and densely fruited with dark currant and sweet toasty oak, smokey meaty notes, black pepper and five spice and a dry, savoury tannin finish.
