Carrying on Zema Estate’s tradition of “consistently producing exceptional ‘hand crafted’ Coonawarra wines since 1982”, this 2006 Shiraz has resounding appeal.
 
In the winery: A portion fermented in new barrels to aid integration and complexity. Matured in American and French oak.
In the glass: Dark with a brick hue – still vibrant.
On the nose: Earthy, spicy, dark and concentrated fruit lift with integrated cedary oak.
On the palate: Beautifully balanced with complex dark fruit depth and soft yet still powerful tannins driving great length. Age has softened and balanced a lovely wine.
