A bright light emerging from the Hunter, Boydell's are really starting to impress. The wines are made by the talented Liz Silkman from quality fruit.
Very pale pink in the glass. Lifted aromas of orange zest, watermelon and white mushroom. Palate opens with stonefruit and citrus flavours, with hints of strawberry and green apple, firm acidity and a savoury finish. A lovely modern style.
