Bright straw green with a very fine and persistent bead, it has beautiful cool climate delicacy on the nose with white strawberry and melon perfume, a fine hint of citrus and wonderful notes of warm brioche and vegemite/lees complexity. The palate presents refined fruit weight with a delicate balance of strawberry and white peach. It’s a wine with lovely elegance and satiny complexity that’s approaching the richer Bollinger style with unmistakeable Champagne-esq quality.
