Cumulus Estate Wines’ Rolling label is inspired by the rolling hills of the Central Ranges near Orange. The grapes are grown at an altitude of between 557-600 metres, giving them great cool climate characters. Light straw in colour with a hint of bronze, this delightful Sparkling displays some yeasty complexity on the nose. The palate is light, crisp and very appley with a fine bead and lemony fruit persistence.
