An outstanding example of Sparkling Shiraz produced by a little-known winery based in Perricoota in southern NSW.
Medium to deep ruby. Mocha, white pepper, plum and cedar. Rich and ripe with a deep core of plum, blackberry and mulberry, touches of leather, cedar and cocoa, fine bead, soft acidity and a decadent finish.
