The base wine for the Black NV is blended from various parcels of Shiraz, and a small portion of Mataro of various ages, to create the final wine.
Deep crimson in the glass. Raspberry, cherry, anise & iodine aromas. A concentrated & full-flavoured style with a deep mix of black fruit, tobacco & leather, fine powdery tannins, and a surprisingly savoury finish. Like a warm hug.
