Tyrrell’s have a long association with traditionally made, bottle fermented Sparkling wine. As you’ll notice with this drop, they prefer to make the fuller, richer flavoured Champagne style. Bright straw to yellow with a fine bead, it delivers Chardonnay-driven characters of peach and melon with a yeasty complexity. Its generous and appealing core of fruit has a soft framework of oak and crunchy melon-like acidity.
